  • Bleach DVD #6 Bleach DVD #6 is the beginning to one of the best story arcs in anime I have ever seen. Unlike most shounen anime, fights in the Bleach Soul Society arc are fast-paced, loaded with substance and never dull.

    Hikaru no Go DVD #10 This is a perfect example of an anime I've continuously put off to the side for later, and yet when i finally get aroudn to it I fall in love with the series and beat myself up for not viewing it earlier!

    Naruto the Movie DVD The latest mission for our favorite ninja team? Protect and escort a spoiled actress to her next film set. Oh, and keep her from running away of course!

    Ping Pong DVD Ping Pong is a great film that blew away all my expectations and completely changed my negative view towards live actions movies. The story of friendship development through competition is superb. This is a must-see.

Kazuo Koike Forms New Company to Protect Manga

The renowned Gekiga manga creator Kazuo Koike (Lone Wolf and Cub) announced a new subsidiary of his Kazuo Koike Geika Sonjuke company has been formed to protect his manga creations. In the announcement, Koike states he has become frustrated with how little he can do to protect copyright infringement of his work. The company may also be expanded in the future to help other mangaka with copyright infringement problems.
